We can categorize them in three clusters:-

1. Info related to Product/service we sell
2. Info related to Customer/Consumer
3. Info related to Cometitor

In this part you will start practicing message delivery with understanding the logic of dialogue flow. Through workshop participants structure info of product or service in appropriate sequence to facilitate digestion of knowledge for customer and prolong memorization of key benefits.

• Opening the discussion

•  Interactive discussion (Sales interaction)

• Closing the deal

In this part you will learn comeback to reading in addition to researching to in-depth their understanding to the

Business acumen.  Three areas under spotlight in business intelligence:

• Assertive asking for business

• Handling Customer Remarks
• Adapting Message according customer style

• Setting SMART Objectives

• Reporting & taking notes

All Pharmacy Seniors and Fresh Graduates who want to pursue a career in Sales Feild. Also those who have been working in the Medical Sales Sector for up to a year and need to work on their skills and level up their skills.

The Course is online and in one section in class for saftey reason due to COVID-19. The two Days in Class will be with our Venue Partner Al-Maqqar in Cairo on April 9 and April 10 (New Cairo Branch). It is easy for you to attend from wherever you are in Egypt
